Our company, Schaaf Consulting, specializes in outsourced, turnkey affiliate program management, sometimes known as OPM (Outsourced Program Management). We can evaluate your strategy, launch your program, boost your recruiting, or do it all. You don't have to do any more than look at the weekly reports. But if you needs specific metrics or information, we can get that, too.

Managing affiliates is really a combination of different skills, including: finding and recruiting new performers, cultivating and tracking relationships with existing ones, delivering the support and customer service they require, detecting fraud, and keeping the merchant informed.
